Before initiating a dispute, we recommend contacting the merchant associated with the charge to attempt a resolution. If the merchant is unable or unwilling to resolve the issue, Armor Bank can assist you with the dispute process.
When you call, an Armor Bank representative will guide you through filing your claim. Please be prepared to provide detailed information about the transaction. An Armor Bank representative will also explain the claims process, including timelines, any required documentation, provisional or reversal of temporary credits for your claim, and the final claim resolution details.
